Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, for the management of classes and bookings.

How long do we keep the data?

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the periods required by law. Class data is kept for the duration of the relationship and the time needed to address any liabilities.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. We use providers acting as data processors:

Wix.com Ltd. — website creation and hosting platform and form management.
Google (Google Analytics and Google Search Console) — site analytics and performance.

These providers may involve international data transfers (for example, to the USA), covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or applicable adequacy frameworks).
